To use Mason, you must register an account. You are responsible for complying with local spam regulations and are responsible for the outcomes that arise from using the plugin. Nefer AI is not responsible for these outcomes.
Nefer AI owns all intellectual property rights in the Mason plugin and any related documentation. The content generated using Mason remains the property of the user who generated it.
Your access to Mason may be terminated for engaging in illegal activities, bringing disrepute to the Mason plugin, using it to spam or harass others, etc. Upon termination, you are advised to cease using Mason and delete all copies of the plugin. We do not store user-generated content, but you may request the removal of your data from our servers through support.
Mason is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Nefer AI disclaims all warranties. Nefer AI is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of Mason.
Refunds are issued within 3 days of purchase if requested. Please contact our support team for assistance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.
